The Butterfly and The Jolly Comic was a weekly comic/story paper published by The Amalgamated Press and it was aimed at the Overseas market with two comics in one with 16 pages. It was a combination of the Butterfly and Jolly Comic that were published separately for the local market.

Although there were 250 issues, the numbering appears to have started from #928 from the 1st issue which was the continuation of the Butterfly numbering system, although the Butterfly continued in it's own right with the same numbering sequence.
