Description:

cardboard folder (4.5 x 2.5 inches) - rubber band attached to the top & bottom inside of the folder with staples with a ring a connected to the rubber band. The user would wind up the ring with the rubber bands & close the folder. Once handed to a friend & asked to squeeze the edges the folder would rattle or roar from the ring unwinding.
